This notice explains how Driftwood Chronicle Bookings LLC operates the directory’s pages, contribution forms and administrative review process.
Browsing and infrastructure
Cloudflare provides the directory’s hosting, request delivery, storage and security infrastructure. Loading a page involves network data such as an IP address and browser request information. The infrastructure provider may process those requests across countries. Readers do not need a directory account to browse.
What a review contains
The submission form collects a display name, email address, rating, review title, experience date and review text. Approved contributions can show the display name, rating, content and relevant dates. The contributor’s email remains in the administrative record and is not returned in the public review feed.
Contact forms and reports
Corrections, reports about reviews and enquiries to the publisher are stored for an authorized administrator to consider. Send only what is needed to explain the matter. Do not include passwords, full payment-card numbers, passport copies or one-time verification codes.
Security controls and retention
The service uses a pseudonymous request identifier to limit repetitive submissions. Administrator sessions use a secure cookie. Database access separates public content from pending submissions and private administration. Records are kept for the purpose for which they were supplied and for operation, abuse prevention and applicable obligations; there is no promise of a fixed automatic deletion period.
Cookies and outside services
The directory does not include third-party advertising or analytics scripts at launch. Essential infrastructure and administrative functions may still process request data or use cookies. Once you follow a company link, its own forms, cookies and privacy notice apply. We do not receive the contents of an external enquiry simply because the link was listed here.
A request about your information
Email tideline@driftwoodchronicle.com to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you submitted. Identify the contribution or message involved and provide enough context to find it. The publisher may need to check that the request comes from the appropriate person before changing a record.
